60% of AMI Resident Qualifications:

  • 1-person home may earn no more than $43,680 annually
  • 2-person home may earn no more than $49,920 annually
  • 3-person home may earn no more than $56,160 annually
  • 4-person home may earn no more than $62,400 annually
  • 5-person home may earn no more than $67,380 annually

80% of AMI Resident Qualifications:

  • 1-person home may earn no more than $58,240 annually
  • 2-person home may earn no more than $66,560 annually
  • 3-person home may earn no more than $74,880 annually
  • 4-person home may earn no more than $83,200 annually
  • 5-person home may earn no more than $89,840 annually

To begin the application process and secure a spot on the resident waitlist, please present the following documents:
